The course is designed for employees in the position of quality manager of a testing or calibration laboratory, who is responsible for maintaining a quality management system according to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. The course is open to both beginners and experienced quality managers.

It is based on a discussion of the individual requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories and ISO 19011:2018 Guidelines for auditing management systems and how they relate to laboratory operations.

The content of the course includes basic and advanced knowledge and skills of the quality manager, his/her responsibilities and duties, supplemented by practical training, including possible variants of documentation. A significant benefit of the training is the practical experience of the lecturers, highlighting the most common mistakes and ways of finding opportunities for improvement.

Upon completion of the course, the participant will receive a Certificate of Completion.
