The course is designed for employees of organizations who are familiar with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and need to become familiar with the changes brought about by the 2022 revision of ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002. The key positions are information security manager, senior management and internal auditor.

The course does not cover the methodology for conducting internal audits or the responsibilities of the information security manager.

The aim of the course is to familiarize participants with the changes in the requirements of the standard, discuss how to incorporate the changes into your organization's existing information security management system, and suggest appropriate timing for transition and preparation for assessment by your certification society.

Training programme:

• Structure of the new versions of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27002:2022
• Key changes to the new versions of both standards
• Discussion of the individual chapters of ISO/IEC 27002:2022
• Guidance on the appropriate way to transfer an existing information security management system, the correct timing of the transition, and the obligations related to the transition to your certification company

Upon completion of the course, the participant will receive a Certificate of Completion.
