The course is intended for representatives of administrators and processors of personal data and for all HR professionals who process personal data of employees.

It is based on the interpretation of the requirements of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", and the Adaptation Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data in the field of personal data of employees and their family members. In addition, participants will learn about the opinions of the Office for Personal Data Protection, practical experience and the minimum requirements for demonstrating compliance with the GDPR.

The aim is to understand the personal data security process, focusing on important areas, and to learn how to handle personal data in order to comply with the legal obligation.

• GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. - introduction, basic concepts
• Legality of personal data processing in the field of HR
• Position of the controller and processor in the field of HR
• Obligations of the controller and processor in the processing of personal data of employees
• Strengthening the rights of employees and family members
• Demonstrating compliance with the GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 - minimum requirements in the field of HR
• Practical experience and opinions of the Office for Personal Data Protection in the field of HR

Upon completion of the course, the participant will receive a Certificate of Completion.
